Vuyisile Leslie Mcinga has been extensively involved in the field of community liaison and training for the past 32 years. Having successfully run his own company for three years, Leslie chose to accept employment in the engineering sector where he excelled in the areas of Project Management and Community liaison and training. Having joinedITD in 1997, Les's multi-lingual approach to facilitation, education and training, ensures all participants fully understand the processes and the successful sustainable application of the designated programme/s thereafter. Leslie's ability to understand the needs of communities, participants and trainees, ensures their confident involvement in the development process of the programme. His expertise is one of the critical success factors ofInteractive Training Dynamics' portfolio of education, training and development programmes. |

Judi Robinson has been extensively involved in education and training for the past 26 years, culminating in the establishment ofInteractive Training Dynamics in January 1995. During the past ten years, Judi has developed a close working relationship with the private and public sectors. She has successfully developed and established a highly interactive approach in the design and implementation of education, training and development interventions. In addition to her education and training skills, Judi qualified as a quality and environmental auditor. She has effectively integrated auditing into the Learning Needs Analysis phase ofITD's programme development, as well as the evaluation process. |
