The EMS education and training programme ensures that all participants are trained in accordance with Section 4.4.2 of the
ISO 14 001 EMS standard. The training is practical and 'hands-on', relating specifically to addressing the organisation's environmental aspects and impacts.

Participants are involved in the design, development and implementation of an integrated waste management system for the organisation, with specific reference to their work activities and responsibilities.
